Becoming a parent is an amazing, exhausting, and completely new journey – even if you already have children, this new addition will change the dynamics of your family.

We seem to have lost sight of the importance of this time of transition. 

This 2 hour workshop will take you through preparing to be a new parent, both practically and emotionally.

From how your partner can best support you, to thinking about what you need from visitors, you will start to put together your own traditions around celebrating the birth of your baby as well as learning how to meet your needs so that you can heal emotionally and physically, and adjust to your new roles as parents.

If you’re feeling unsure about how you will cope as a new mother, you will find this course reassures you and gives you some practical hints, tips and understanding of what you and your baby need in the first few months.

Suitable for couples from 20 weeks of pregnancy onwards.
